1 pound ground sausage
1 jar spaghetti sauce of choice
1 box of spaghetti
1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar are my go-to's)
4 tbsp melted butter
Cook the pasta as directed.
Brown meat, then add spaghetti sauce.
Whisk egg & melted butter together in bowl, add the cooked, drained noodles & toss to coat.
Place half of the noodle in a greased 9x13 baking pan.
Pour half the sauce mixture over.
Repeat with last half of noodle & sauce.
Top with shredded cheese.
Cover & bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
Remove cover & bake for an additional 20 minutes or until shredded cheese is melted.
